Everything people ask before they buy
How much does a website cost?
Ours are R499 for a one page site, R999 for five pages and R1499 for ten. Each of those includes your .co.za domain and the first year of hosting, so R499 is the whole cost of getting online in year one.
From the second year it is R250 a year for the domain and R790 a year for hosting, which is R1 040 a year to stay online. There is nothing else.
Can you really build a website in one day?
Yes, and the reason is boring: we are not starting from nothing. Almost every business we build for already has the content, in an old website, a Google listing, a Facebook page or a brochure. Most of six weeks at an agency is spent in meetings deciding things, not building.
To be precise about the promise: we build you a free preview first, usually the same day you contact us. Once you approve it and pay, the site is live within one working day.
Do I have to pay before I see anything?
No. We build the site first and send you the link. You look at it on your own phone, show it to whoever you like, and only pay if you want it. No deposit, no card details, no contract.
What if I do not like it?
Tell us what is wrong and we will change it. If you still do not want it, you walk away and it has cost you nothing. We take the preview down.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The .co.za is registered in your business name from day one, not ours. If you ever want to move to another host, we hand over the files and the login and you go. We do not hold sites hostage.
What do I need to give you to start?
Your business name, what you do, where you work and a phone number. That is genuinely enough to build a preview. Photos, a logo and your prices make it better, but we can start without them.
Will my site show up on Google?
Your site will be built the way Google wants: fast, mobile, with proper titles, descriptions, headings and structured data on every page. That is the part we control and we do it properly.
Where you rank also depends on your competition, your reviews and how long your domain has existed. Anybody who promises you position one is guessing.
What does AI friendly actually mean?
When somebody asks ChatGPT or Google's AI "who does gate motors in Boksburg", the answer is assembled from pages those systems can read. Structured data tells them what your business is, where it is, what it sells and what it charges, in a format built for machines rather than guessed at from your layout.
Most small business sites in South Africa carry none of it. Yours will.
Do you do online shops?
Not at these prices. A shop with a cart, payments and stock is a different job and we will quote it separately rather than pretend it fits in R999. If a shop is what you actually need, we will say so.
What happens after the site is live?
Small text corrections are free in the first month. After that, changes are quoted per job, and most are small. Hosting, SSL and backups are handled by us for the R790 a year.
Do you work outside your area?
Yes. We are based in the Western Cape and build for businesses anywhere in South Africa. The whole process happens over WhatsApp, email and the phone, so where you are makes no difference.
Can I start from one of your templates?
Yes, and most people do. Pick a design from the template gallery, tell us which one, and we build your site on that foundation with your content, your colours and your photographs. The price is the same either way.
Still not sure?
The preview is free and costs you nothing to look at. That is the whole point of doing it this way round.
