How a one day website actually works
No brief to write, no meeting to sit through, and nothing to pay until you have seen the finished site.
The four steps
You send us two minutes of detail, we build the site and send you a link, you tell us what to change, and once you approve it and pay, it is live within one working day.
-
You tell us about the business
Two minutes on WhatsApp or the form. What you do, where you work, your phone number. No brief to write and no meeting to sit through.
-
We build the site and send it to you
Usually the same day. A real website on a real address you can open on your phone and send to anyone you like. Not a picture of one.
-
You say what is wrong with it
Wrong phone number, wrong prices, a service missing, a photo you hate. We fix it. This is the part most agencies charge for.
-
It goes live within one working day
You pay, we point your domain at it, the SSL goes on and the site is live. From yes to live is one working day, not six weeks.
Why it does not take six weeks
The honest answer is that most of a long web project is not building. It is deciding. Discovery calls to work out what the site should say, mood boards to agree how it should feel, internal handoffs, then two rounds of revisions on a design that does not exist yet.
All of that is genuinely valuable when a business is rebranding, launching something new, or spending real money on advertising that has to land somewhere. For a plumber in Bellville who needs people to find his number, it is a tax.
We skip it because we are not starting from nothing. Your content already exists: in an old website, a Google Business Profile, a Facebook page, a brochure, or simply in your head where it comes out fine when we ask you on the phone.
What we need from you
- Your business name and what you do
- The towns or suburbs you work in
- A phone number and an email address
- Photos and a logo, if you have them
- Your prices, if you want them on the site
That is genuinely the whole list. Everything else we can find, write or ask about once you have seen the first version.
What happens on the day it goes live
We register the domain in your business name, point it at the server, install the SSL certificate so browsers show the padlock rather than a Not Secure warning, submit a sitemap to Google, and send you the login details.
If you already have a domain, we move it or point it, whichever is less disruptive, and we will tell you in advance if there will be any gap.
About the process
Can you really build a website in one day?
Yes, and the reason is boring: we are not starting from nothing. Almost every business we build for already has the content, in an old website, a Google listing, a Facebook page or a brochure. Most of six weeks at an agency is spent in meetings deciding things, not building.
To be precise about the promise: we build you a free preview first, usually the same day you contact us. Once you approve it and pay, the site is live within one working day.
Do I have to pay before I see anything?
No. We build the site first and send you the link. You look at it on your own phone, show it to whoever you like, and only pay if you want it. No deposit, no card details, no contract.
What if I do not like it?
Tell us what is wrong and we will change it. If you still do not want it, you walk away and it has cost you nothing. We take the preview down.
What do I need to give you to start?
Your business name, what you do, where you work and a phone number. That is genuinely enough to build a preview. Photos, a logo and your prices make it better, but we can start without them.
