Who is responsible

One Day Website, a trading name of Web Design Hosting SA, is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. Contact us at hello@onedaywebsite.co.za.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address and a description of your business. We do not ask for identity numbers, addresses or any payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to build the preview you asked for, and to contact you about it. That is the only purpose. We will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for and we do not send marketing to people who enquired once and said no.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and are stored in our email. Our website is hosted on South African infrastructure. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody, ever.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete your information and we will.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party tracking scripts. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated first.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to us using it. Email us and we will action it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
